Verification of your account is a very simple process. All you need to do is follow on-screen instructions under the "Account" section which you can find by clicking on your avatar in the main website view after logging in or within the "Redeem Prize" section in the "Get Coins" window (top right corner of the site).
In order to successfully verify your Global Poker account, we will need to verify your identity and the residential address you have used to register an account with us.
Once you initiate the verification process you will be directed to a page where you will be able to upload your Photo ID. The page directs you to Netverify - our partner for "Know Your Customer" process - the industry-leading verification software which allows us to confirm your identity in real-time.
After you have successfully submitted your Photo ID, our Support team will review your account and will contact you via email with an update on the status of the verification and will inform you if we need any other documents in order to complete the process.
If you submit a government-issued ID showing your current address (such as a Driver's license) it will allow us to accept your document as both: Photo ID and proof of address.
