How Do I Verify My Account?
Verification of your account is a very simple process. All you need to do is follow on-screen instructions within the Account section in the Menu window (top left corner of the site) or within the Redeem Prize section in the Cashier window (top right corner of the site).
Once you initiate the verification process you will be directed to a page where you will be able to upload your Photo-ID. The page uses Netverify - the industry-leading verification software which allows us to confirm your identity in real-time.
After you’ve successfully submitted your Photo-ID, our Support team will review your account and will contact you via email with an update on the status of the verification and will inform you of any further documents we may require in order to complete the process.
Please note, if you submit a government-issued ID showing your current address (such as a Driver's license) it will allow us to accept your document as both: Photo ID and Proof of address.

Why Do I Need To Give You My Bank Details?
We only need your bank details for you to be able to redeem $weeps Cash™ prizes. If you are using an e-Wallet to redeem the prize, and this was the same method you used to purchase your Gold Coins, then you don’t need to provide your bank details.
